new rims
as you can see by my picture below, its pretty obvious why I am looking into new rims. Uh probably asked a million times but 17's or 18'?
to me 18's look like they are a little awkward and that the protrude out from the car. Maybe its just me but i think 17's look a little better, whats ur guys input?
uhh what else, oh yea um could that just be because they go wide tires or what
thanks

RE: new rims
it depends on wut ur goin for 18 look nice on my car i have black chrome with a chrome lip on my car and the size of the tire is 275/45 that is a wide *** tire for me. i preferre 18 but 17 r lighter and the tires r cheaper also.

RE: new rims
I like my 18's but I worry about potholes and bending them. The offset determines how far out they are. Most common offset is 35 for aftermarket wheels. A 32 may be more to your liking. Good luck.

RE: new rims
definitly go with 18's...i had the same stock wheels as yours and i was trying to decide 17 or 18's....i went with 18's and i love em...mine as well go for the bigger wheel..you get low profile tires and it sits well in your wheel well...check out my pictures if you wanna see 18's on a B5 a4
