Default New Rims, Help...

I am new to the forum and I would just like to say hello to all, I bought my 97 A4 last year and it's been great I have 19x8.5 on it now and it looks nice. But I have been taking my car to shows and I want to get new rims, I was wondering will 20s fit on this car? I've done some research on it and I have read that 20s will fit but I need to go 20x7.5 Is this true? Does anyone have any input on this? I just want to know if they fit or not.

yo man dont really have any information that will help you but I just bought a 2002 A6.. very clean. I was thinkin about putting 19s on it but wasnt sure of like fitment and if it would cause any harm to the car. Jumping from the stock rims to 19s is going to be a huge jump. Any ideas or imput would help.. Thanks

You will need to run rubberbands.. like 30 series tires.. but it'll fit, make sureyour offset is right, dont go to wide on the tires..

Like bending rims?

For show only? Ok fine... For the street? Heck no.

the offset is like 30 or 35 mm i was looking at 37 mm one that fit beautifully. there 19s 225x40 i believe the 20's are huge but u need to be careful about width def stay in the 7.5 range and no wider then 225width also 225x30 is prob as high as i can g4 clearance, is yur car lowered if so that will casue difficulty too.
