New Technology for Tuners - More Power - No Chips
LLTek Motorsports announces its new line of Turbo Tuners - the newest innovation in tuning technology. Essentially, this technology will do what chips do, except that this is NOT a "chip" and you don't need a computer or technician to install it. Turbo Tuner is a plug-and-play solution that will significantly improve the performance of your turbo-equipped car.
The Turbo Tuner is not a do-it-yourself re-flash solution. It is an embedded control solution that functions seamlessly with the stock ECU. The unit, which can be held in the palm of your hand, will install or uninstall in minutes. It does not cause trouble (error) codes and its operation does not leave a footprint or trace of ever having been installed.
Another great feature of this technology is the transfer factor. The unit can be moved from car-to-car based on the engine type. For example: the Audi/VW module will interchange on any 1.8T or 2.0T engine regardless of the year. This means, for example, the unit you installed on your 2001 Audi A4 1.8T will function perfectly on your new 2006 Audi A3 2.0T.
Here are some key benefits and features:[*]Typical Horsepower gains of 40-50HP[*]Typical Torque gains of 50-60ft-lb.[*]Easy Do-It-Yourself Installation (minutes)[*]No "trouble" codes or trace after removal[*]Embedded control that works with engine's stock ECU[*]Preserves the smooth and refined character of the vehicle[*]Portability - can be taken from car to car.

WHAT DO YOU THINK ANYONE TRIED IT DOES IT WORK?[*]Well i guess i'll just stay away from it until i hear more.
Its a piggy back. I rather have my maps in the ecu than altered before it, that is unless i can have complete control of the maps like on a emanage.
Almost sounds like those "power chips" on eBay that are just a resistor to trick the MAF sensor. Going to take some demonstrations with before-dyno, install on the spot, and after-dyno to prove it out. Not trying to hate, but something like this always makes me a little shaky, especially when it's touted to work on any engine/ECU, which are almost all programmed differently to run different cars in the way that they are intended to be driven (ie, a 1.9TDI has a lot different tuning/coding than an S4). Anything that's an off-the-shelf, blanket improvement to me seems like either a) such a generic, miniscule change in order to apply to so many diverse engines that it's probably not worth even a fraction of 600 bucks, or b) simply bullsh*t like the eBay mod.
If this is legit, that's great and I'd say it's probably going to sell well, but with the claims that are made, until it's proven out, I'm gonna stay far, far away from it.

I already made a post about this, and there is one in the electroics section i believe. The bmw crowd is already using this on their 335i's. They like it due to the fact that they can easily pop it in and out, hence their warranty is safe. It doesn't give them huge gains, but large enough. Google "turbo tuner" and 335i and you can find out what it does. No one has got one for their audi yet so far as I can tell. Its suppose to work on practically all 1.8T's and 2.0T's. Its good for the peoples with warranty's maybe? But a apr/giac chip will most likely demolish this plug in.
If it was really worth the $700 they would have already made a video (unedited) showing a stock dyno run, install of tuner, and another dyno run. Untill I see that and see gains as good as APR or GIAC I'm going to stick with my determination that it's really not worth it.
