yeah i need to lower it. and it looks just like his except i tinted my side markers and he didnt.

 

Go to a hobby store/hobby lobby and get some tint spray ($5) and so clear coat ($7) from a auto parts store. Then just:

sand (~800grit)
wipe clean
spray tint in light coats until desired darkness (3+)
let sit for about an hour or 2
spray a few layers of clear (3-5)
let sit for a few hours and reinstall

 

looks really good man, i think the tails could use a few more coats of clear but it may just be the pix

 

how do you get those things out? maybe i'm just clueless on that... but i looked when i was doing my tails and couldn't find a way in there
