No AC/HEAT

The controls work ut nothing comes out after being on for about 20 min it blows a light breeze what is this.

Either the fan is not working or the flap valves are not working. Most likely the former. Check the fuses and if the fuse is OK find someone with a real VAGCOM using the vagcom locator to pull codes from the HVAC system
