Since your answering a lot of my questions ill ask another

When ever I shift into third hard, it grinds a little. If i do it slowly, nothing happens. Thats apart of the transmission right, or is it something else? And, will it get worse?

Hope you can answer that one for me

Most people have problems going from 1st to 2nd and swapping to redline tranny oil does the trick. Believe it is mt90 fluid and can be bought as a kit from ecstuning.

Upgrade the turbo. Audi's aren't meant to be bottle fed. Run lots of boost.

The rods can do 50-75 shot easy when done at 4k rpms and up. If thats what you choose to do, then do it.
