Is it normal
I have a 2000 a4q 5sp. I noticed that when i do have my car in gear and i turn my steering wheel that my rpms change slightly and i think thats sort of strange and wanted to know if that is normal.

The rpms should go up when power steering is all the way to one side. That puts an extra load on the engine at idle that needs to be compensated for. I wouldnt worry to much about it.
