Default o2 sensor help

I just changed my spark plugs and was about to replace the o2 sensors. Well the Haynes manual is worthless on this subject. Does anyone have a write up on doing this. How do you get to the pre cat sensor. I thought about taking the airbox off but I'm not sure that it will really help at all. Also, I assume you have to use a wrench to get it off. There's just not that much room down there.

i was able to remove mine easily with a wrench while my air box was removed.

i think you could get at it with a o2 sensor socket and not need to remove the air box.

not a whole lot of help but this is what i know

No, thats actually very helpfull. Is an o2 sensor socket pretty common, like could I get it somewhere like Autozone? I assume its just a longer socket w/ a slot to accomodate for the wires.

You should remove the antifreeze reservoir screws. The O2 sensor unplugs below it.

i took the air box out when I pulled the precat O2 sensor out. You don't need to but it made it easier.

The post cat sensor is a real PITA. You need to access it from the bottom of the car and there really isn't any room where it's located.

Oh great, I haven't even got under there to check that one out yet. Hopefully I won't have any problems with it.
