Is there any group discount yet or a deal if I buy two? Also, still wondering about the factory warrenty, if this installation voids it.

I'm just curious, you mentioned 10 clicks? now is that 10 clicks from the closed position or open position?

I've got it installed now and I don't feel confident enough that it's correct. I know this is stupid of me but the way I installed it was leaving the engine on and adjusted it from close to open until I saw a good opening in the valve. Did a couple of pulls and kept adjusting until it sounded right and boosted correctly. Any feed back for me?

Other than that the sound is sweet to me and performance is just as good at my bailey.

ORIGINAL: Black_97 A4

1. Yes it will work with a 2006 a4 2.0t

No, it will not. The B7 uses a completely different type of dv.

Ohh well then, disregard that warranty question I posted earlier. So is there anything similar for a 2.0 T out there?

forge makes full bov that will work with the 2.0T. 20squared tuning sells them.

So I don't need a DV? If I replace the stock part with this Forge should I be ok? I emailed forge about the warranty issue and they didn't even tell me that the DV wouldn't work with 2006 b7 A4's.

"Does the installation of - FMDVSPLTR_US - on a 2006 Audi void the factory 50k mile warrenty? Thanks."

response:
Mike,

Best bet would be to ask the local dealership. But in the end it would fall under the magnuson moss act that dictates the law with regards to warranty claims and parts used. Do a search for that act for more detailed info.

According to 20squared the middle one doesnt fit a4's due to clearance issues. Is that true and what about the last one?

Thanks Patty and Cincy. Does anyone have experience with the first DV( http://www.forgemotorsport.com/conte...hined%20Alloy_[New%20Code]&cat=1703 )? Also, is the sound increase even worth it with a TIP instead of a manual?
