Officially frustrated - S4 not driving well

well - sorry for posting here - but I know I'll get way more
hits bec. of the traffic in here...
So Im driving along this morning, & I noticed a few times as
I take my foot off the accelerator - the car jerks a bit
(almost like I down shifted) & slows down a bit...
Its happening intermittenly - & is really irritating me [&:]
Im in a B5S4 6spd
any ideas ???

yea Im gonna have to hang on till this Sunday at the gtg...[:'(]
till then who knows.. its intermittent.. maybe Fuel filter??? [
