Oh god, apperently there are 2 different kinds of coolant temp sensors...

Default Oh god, apperently there are 2 different kinds of coolant temp sensors...

I went to replace mine with the green "improved" one and it doesn fit. Dang it... I had the blue top one, is there even an upgrade for that one? I had no idea there was 2 different styles, I research it a lot and everything, everone just said to make sure that you have the upgraded green one.... Arg....

Just a different model. A new blue one will work fine.(had the same thing happen to me)

The sensor I have in there seems to be working fine, i was just going to put the new one in for preventative measures. Is there and upgrade for the kind of sensor I have? I havent seen one...
