Always use a full synthetic.

Mobile1 0w40 is what i use. 10w30 I believe works also. There are many other threads on this, but I'm too lazy to look them up for ya.

This was posted recently. I personally am a fan of Mobil 1 full synthetic. I am sure there are a lot of posts on this if you want to do a search for some more info.
