i have a 99 2.8 30v what oil should i use?

Always use a full synthetic.

Mobile1 0w40 is what i use. 10w30 I believe works also. There are many other threads on this, but I'm too lazy to look them up for ya.

This was posted recently. I personally am a fan of Mobil 1 full synthetic. I am sure there are a lot of posts on this if you want to do a search for some more info.

mobil 1 0-40 and a mann filter, i get the filters from ecs tuning but im sure you can find them at alot of other sites
