Default Oil Leak

Just got home from snowboarding in vermont to find this in the morning...oil pouring out of the top of my oil cooler when the car is running, with the car off no oil leaks out

its probably a blown seal where it connects to the cooler

yeah my dad went to see our mechanic and he said its probably a blown oring that seals the cooler

Yeah irt's probably the seal. Probably an easy fix...

oring gasket $8 - oil cooler $80. i would replace cooler too. something about weld going bad in them.

Dude, same exact gasket went out on me two weeks ago, I started the car and oil just started pouring!...I had it towed towed in and the bill came to about 200$ with an oil-change, woulda been like 130$ if they just added the quart i lost, But I like added security whenever it is available....

sux, but not a big deal, they had my car for about 2 hours....
