Default oil leak and missing screw?

ok i was doing my oil change today, 2nd one since i got my car, and i noticed that, by the circle and ?? marks, there seems to be a threadd hole with no screw in it. is that normal? also i have some kind of really small leak somewhere on the other side where that hose connects to. where does it go and wut is it? any ideas for both question?

Thats where the oil filter goes right? And those two holes where the screws "should" go is where the oil returns back into the car or it's where the oil goes into the filter. Not sure but they are oil passages non the less.

that is the oil cooler. Never really noticed those bolts before. It may just be the cause of that oil leak.

ya it's the oil cooler, shoulda said in the first post sry. well the missing screw is not the cause of the oil leak because the leak is coming from somewhere upwards where the upper rad hose meets the oil cooler lines. can see very well up there though. is there like a gasket or an o-ring or something? i mean it's not a really bad leak, i don't even notice it dripping, but i want get it taken care of.
