Default oil pan part number

Anyone have the part number for the proper 12v oil pan? I have reason to believe my car has a different pan...

Ok, first off... Jordan Audi in Des Moines has the most worthless parts department ever. They wouldn't tell my anything uless I was going to buy sometihng or had the VIN. Anyway I called Carousel Audi in Minneapolis and got some answers.

My oil pan: 078 103 604 F (stamped on my oil pan)

The proper one per their computer: 078 103 604 H

What the heck....

Well I got a magnetic drain plug (not from ECS) and it's way too small, yet it cross referenced with my car. I was wondering if I had a different pan, and therefore a different plug. I'll have to check ECS's to see if its the same size as the one I got.

Well I found a source for those of us with LARGE drain plugs (26x16x1.5mm) and yes, ECS doesn't have them.

http://cgenterprises.com/magneticdrainplugs/

Now I've never worked with these guys before but i just ordered one and I'll let you guys know how it is. After all, it was only $8.50 and matched the spec perfectly.
