Ok so my check engine area light comes on and says "Oil Sensor". Does that mean there's a problem with the actual electronic part that is sensing the oil or is it just the oil itself?

 

let me guess you have a 1.8t. oil light is bad news for you my friend. check your oil to see if it's low first, otherwise you need an engine flush. you might have the fabled engine sludge. don't drive it or you'll need a new engine in about 100 miles. what oil do you use?
