I'm asumming bank 2 is the sensor on the exhaust side of the cat? Thanks in advance!

error code usually says "Sensor X, Bank Y". Sensor # indicates pre-cat, post-cat and Bank # indicates which side of the engine. 1.8s only have 1 bank, V6s two.

i think that's the way it works anyway.

its ur pre cat sensor i have the same problem right now too lazy to go get the sensor, FYI: it costs 200$ at Audi Dealer

vag-com showed problem in bank 2. I have the Ross-tech software which diagnosed this problem. You can purchase these sensors at oxygensensor.com for about $125. Don't go to the dealer! Thanks for the reply.
