I think the A4 is going to see a color change in the spring. Ive been thinking about nogaro blue, i have been in love with that color ever since i saw it on a S4. How much am i looking at for a good paint job? I am only looking to the outside, no door jams,trunk, or engine bay. My car is black so the door jams/engine won't be bad. Can get this done for 1500 to 2000?

 

ya 1500 to 2000 should be the average price for a good paint job

ahh i wish. Ive been working like crazy latly to pay for this bad boy, need to save up some cash for this now in the spring. My paint is BAD, clear coat is starting to take a hike. I might try to sand/prep the car myself to help save on the labour.

 

ya its labor that kills ya though, u gonna go ricer style and roll around wit primer gray
but u know different place charge different prices, they can go from 2500 up to 4000+ but it should be cheaper since u dont care about the jams and stuff and its not any of that crazy color stuff

 

nogaro blue is the absolute nicest paint color i have ever seen on any car.

i am pissed about the new "sprint blue" replacement for the new s4s.

not sure what audi was thinking.

i would love my a4 to be that color, but i'll just wait till i pick up an s4.

 

I was disappointed as well with Audi's change to the sprint over nogaro, but the sprint does look pretty nice in person, I saw one about a month ago.

 

Yeah, i absolutly love nogaro. I think it just yells speed. Does anyone else have any ideas on how much im looking at for a repaint? Just the exterior? I am not to paint savy, have no idea. Im hoping to do it around 1000 if i can.
