Im wondering if something is wrong with the passenger door speaker, everytime the bass hits there is a very noticeable rattle coming right from the speaker. What could it be, and can i just pop off the speaker cover to get to it or do I have to take off the whole door panel? If I have to take off the whole door panel can anyone give me any instructions on how to do so?
Really want to fix this ASAP, its very annoying.

yeah, you over did it. you've chrunched the voice coil into the back of the magnet. if its the regular audi speaker, I've heard you can get new ones for cheap from the dealler.

 

Its the Bose speaker, will it be expensive?

 

It is the Bose speaker, is it expensive? I thought the Bose speakers werent prone to this sort of problem..

 

Yes you have to take off the door panel to access it

 

If it is a Bose speaker they will back their product and replace it for free. You need to pull the speaker E-Mail Bose the model of speaker and they'll send you a new comparable one. I know because I had the same issue.
