Uhhhhhhhh... You just assumed youd pass insepction with no cat? You think you can beat a stock M3???? And explain what other parts you have that arent street legal... If you say tinted tail lights Im going to shoot you for even taking the time to show up at the inspection. Wow.

I think that the world should get rid of fucking inspection. My car wont pass inspection unless I change part of it back to stock. Inspection and emissions is the biggest bullshit in the world. Just because I my car is fast as **** they wont let me drive it.
