I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions (what you have, what you’ve seen on other cars) on a performance brake upgrade. I just need it on my front brake because of squeaking and grinding on my rotors. I basically need a whole new kit; i.e.; brake pads, rotors and calipers. I have searched for this, and found some good deals, but I need some professional advice. Keep em' under $1,500. Also could you guys recomend what shocks/springs I should use to lower my car? I need an adjustable set because it snows out here?

Otherwise STOPTECH kits. check audzine. "classifieds" someone is always selling their kits.

Check out ecstuning.com they have a number of brake kits.

Or, get some steel brake lines, and some new rotors and good pads, and they'll feel better than new.

Since you are going to replace the calipers, you might want to look into a big brake kit.

The ecs stage 1 and stage 2 kits look pretty nice.

 

Alright now there's an even bigger problem, how do I find out if I'm driving the 12V or the 30V, when my engine says 5V?

 

5v x number of cylinders.

5v x 4 cyl = 20v

 

just a small correction...coheed's sig shows the V6, therefore they've got the 30v

 

5x6=30valves
