do u have to take off the bumper to install new lights?
Yep ya do - there is a bolt on the side of the two pc lights that is covered up by the bumper.
O, and what did u use to cut off part off the inner fender for your lights?
1- Sawzall - very rough cut
2- 4 grinder - got it very close
3- Belt Sander - for very final touch.
