Here is a little update got the headlight installed - was running low on time so I'm going to do the HID's on saturday. Here are some pics will post a full photoshoot on sunday after I get a day shoot and night shots of the new HID's
Before with old headlight (blinker removed)

Old fender - pre-surgery

Post OP

New lights installed

Got the bumper back on tonight and had a poker game to get to so thats as many pics that I got. Will get up a final photoshoot once I get the HID's done

do u have to take off the bumper to install new lights?
Yep ya do - there is a bolt on the side of the two pc lights that is covered up by the bumper.

O, and what did u use to cut off part off the inner fender for your lights?
1- Sawzall - very rough cut
2- 4 grinder - got it very close
3- Belt Sander - for very final touch.
