I dont have power seats at all, I took my passenger seat out cuz my sister threw up and after I cleaned it I connected the two same plugs and my airbag light when on and wont go off now, I believe it is also seat belt warning too.

seat belt light hmmm another Volvo idea lol it there to inform the passenger to wear the seat belt so you might have the wires mixed up?? the other probably goes to the seat belt pretensioner and that will put the airbag light on.

unplugging wires under the front seats with the battery connected will put the airbag light on now you need a diagnostic tool to reset it, removing the battery earth/ground sometimes resets the light.

no electric seats[:-] I have them and no one will switch them on I wonder if its down to the fact I have a sign on there saying "warning 50,000 volts"

I have a2007 Audi A4. I unplugged the plugs under the seats because the seat belt chime was driving me crazy. What I didn't realize was that it would also affect the airbags. The plug for the driver's seat has 2 green wires and the plug for the passenger seat has about 5 wires, 2 of which are also green. I'm guessing, but don't know, one green wire is for the seat belts and the other for the airbags??Does anyoneknow which green wire I should disconnect to get rid of the seat beltalarm withouteliminating the airbag function?
