PO411 CODE
The linked thread in the previous comment doesn't mention that a possible cause is the crankcase breather hose. I had that code, noticed that my breather hose was broken in half, replaced it and the code is now gone. Look for obvious breaks or cracks in hoses. Do a search on that code if you want to learn more about what it could be and how important it is to correct it.
Edit: I scanned the car for codes today and that darn P0441 code is back. Okay, so turns out the crankcase hose replacement is not a fix for the problem.

i had the same thing, my pipe coming up from it was cracked, didnt want to buy a new one so i used that heavy duty heat resistent duct tape. It has been good for 3 months now. dont try to get it off from above just do it from underneath.
