Default Popped my cherry today

No - not that cherry.

Completed my first cosmetic upgrade today - new lights!!

Please don't bash me for not getting the 1pc lights.....i considered getting them, but ulitimately I opted for the 2pc headlights from LLTEK based on personal choice, and i'm pretty stoked with the results.

Before: Ugly-*** OEMs had to go!

During: Coming along nicely. You can clearly see that upgrading your lights is almost a must.

After: Man what a difference! Why did i wait so long!?!

A new set of 18s are on the horizon, followed by a modest drop. Can't wait!

Thanks for letting me share

Looks like you have your wires crossed. Only your high beams are on in the pics, and its impossible to have your high beams on without your low beams.

Paint the orange bulbs silver... I used brake caliper (high temp) silver paint.
They'll still light up orange... just a light coat.

Not impossible, when you use the signal flash for your headlights, it uses the high-beams. So like, if you used some magical powers or had a bad switch, they could come on solo style.

Or the wires could be crossed!

nice! i also have a 2-piece. i prefer the 2 to the1 pieceon the older a4's. the 1pc on the older a4's looks out of place.
you just need ot upgrade your light bulbs now!
did you get a w5w city light socket in your headlights? it should have this socket.

but...
WHY DID YOU BUY THEM FROM LLTEK!!!!????!!!!
lltek are a rip off for lights and other stuff actualy.
you did get ripped off tho. you shouldve looked on ebay or a local tuner shop!!!
i got my DEPO smoked headlights off ebay several months ago for under $200 (cant remember the exact price), got the city light slot, and have had no problems what so ever.
you shouldnt of bought them from lltek tho!

EDIT: DEPO not DOPI

i think his lows are actualy on. their just realy dim.
you shouldnt be able to cross the wires. the 2pc headlights are straight foward, push the make socket into the female socket (only goes one way) on the headlight housing. unless you splice into the wires, i dont know why you would, they shouldnt be crossed.

No crossed wires here; the hi-beams are on because i turned them on. The lights are plug & play, and the socket plug is pretty much Murphy-proof. This is theH7 setw/city lights and not the HIDs. I figured i can upgrade to those later if i want, but probably won't as i don't do a lot of night driving.

I do have the silver bulbs, but i haven't put them in. It'll give me something to do this weekend.
