Come on guys. Most likely it is condensation from the air conditioner. There is a drip tray that catches the water and a hose that drains it out under the car. If the hose gets plugged, water builds up and spills out. Get under the car find the hose and stick some wire up there to clear it out.

yeah, if it looked like water, I wouldnt worry about the heater core.

Look for a clogged hose.
