with lowering springs the shocks are always at the top of thier cycle, they don't get to go through thier full cycle, and end up blowing after a few months...

bilstiens are around 400 buks, might as well spend the money on that b4 you have to spend money on an oil pan...

you'll be satisfied with biltiens, they ride pretty well, until you get on it then they stick pretty good...

Yea man your front looks way to low, you should find out how old he springs are or if the guy cut them. That just doesnt look right, As far as shocks go I,d say go with Blistein!

He either cut them..
Or got a race version spring?

BTW: Is your car bouncy? If it's not.. then your shocks are fine...
If they're bouncy like a bitch, then your shocks are gone.

It's most likely the spring problems.

No, its not bouncy at all. I think I found the right suspension for me, just a sport suspension from a FWD 4 cyl a4. are there any differences between the v6 springs and the 4 cyl springs?

Yes, make sure they are for a v6, more weight in front due to heavier engine.

Just get coilovers and you can adjust to whatever height you like, this is the most desired (but a little more expensive) setup.
