Default power to the wheels

Is the power delivered equally to the front and back wheels? Or is it a 60/40 deal? I have been noticeing when im spinning tires on wet pavement, the back spins alot more then the front. I thought it was just less weight in the back but now im not sure.

With traction control, should be 50/50 front/rear torque split.
