cheap gas is for cheap cars. treat your car to the good stuff and she'll treat you right. i ran 89 once by accident and felt so bad that i instantly ran in and got some octane boost. my mechanic that i use when i can't do it myself once told me that these cars are specifically tuned for higher octane (premium). i'll take his word for it. RUN PREMIUM!

Alright well thanks guys. I now won't **** up my car. The person that told me that must not know much and is giving out false information.

 

Try finding a station that has 92 or 94. For me there is definately a difference with torque response.

 

Dont use anything below 91. I fill up 93 Vpower every time. My software demands it as well.

 

I was told that you need to run a min of 91oct for the turbo's sake as well. Is that true?

 

If you want to run anything under 91 go buy a chevy lumina or a geo

 

at my dealership they say medium gas will NOT hurt the car but it does not perfrom as well as it would with 93 respectevly
