I was wondering what I can expect to get for my 1998 a4 1.8 quattro SALVAGE title. It runs good with no problems and is super clean with a brand new paint job ( pearl white). It has 115,xxx miles on it. All stock. Im hoping for somewhere around 4k. Am I asking for too much?thanks

 

What options? For a properly repaired,loaded car i'd say yea sounds reasonable for Winter as long as its already certified by the state as registrable.

 

mine had 117,000 and is the fully equipped a4 with sport everything and it was a clear title with the 120,000 tune up already done(1,300) got away with it for under 7,000 but the guy was desperate i could probably sell it for more now with how good it runs and looks and with the mods on it. This was in CA too

 

If it looks great and runs well you cound feasibly get 5k even with the salvaged title
