Hi,
I own an Audi A4 2004 Quattro and I am having a problem with my trunk. When I go to open the trunk using the key it does not open. I can hear the trunk motor making a noise but it does not open. It does open if I crawl through the back seat and hit the release button inside of the trunk. Does anyone know what can be wrong with the trunk and what I can do to fix it?

Do your other doors unlock with no issues?

I'm not sure about the B6s completely but I know in the B5s the central locking pump used to go back and some doors would not unlock because of it.
