So I have finally gotten around to getting tuning for my KO4. I decided to go with Unitronics seeing as how they were the only local people with a chip for my car. They added 380cc injectors for the tune. Since my car has been chipped, anything past 7psi it bucks like crazy, its seems to do it mostly at full throttle. The mechanics are stumped...go figure. Anyone have any ideas? Throw in some new plugs and see if that helps? I would think a coil pack but I have yet to get a CEL. Thanks for the help in advance.

Check for codes would be the first thing to do

Actually I did eventually end up getting some codes, all which could be related to the MAF. So I'm thinking the tune is for a vr6 maf, going to try throwing one of those on and hopefully that fixes the issues.

 

Check with the guys who did your tune. They should be able to tell you what additional parts would be needed.
