Default Putting in an OEM CD changer?

I want to put an OEM CD changer into my car. It has the rack for it as well as the 'CDC' button in the console. I'm pretty sure it also has the connector in the back where the rack goes underneath the OEM jack/tools. Its 25 pin connector with nothing plugged into it. My car has the CD player in the dash, but I want to be able to switch CDs more easily, hence use a 6 CD changer.

My questions are:
1) Is this the right connector?
2) Am I going to run into any problems installing it and running it alongside the in-dash CD player, or is it pretty much just a plug and play operation with the OEM box?

Thanks for your help. If you need a picture of the connector, I'll post one up, just let me know.
