GUys.. this kid is serious.. he talks like he knows what he is talking about .. there is a kill switch.. so you could launch in AWD and kill the AWD to 2 wheel drive in less than a second. The only turn down(what he says) is in order to switch back to AWD you gotta turn ur car off to re-set the kill switch.

This all sounds great for the track.. as he said 11 sec on the 1/4... all seems right to me.. when i see this car ill take picsssss

There is no kill switch. He's full of ****, he doesn't have a turbo 3.0, there's no way that switching from AWD to RWD while moving (HAHA) would shave time off of the quarter, this whole thing is ridiculous.

On the other hand, you can change an AWD car to rear. Probably a year ago in Sport Compact Car they featured a WRX that had been changed to RWD for drifting, and they explained how it could be done. I don't remember specifics, but I do remember that they said that once you had done it (it had something to do with changing or disconnecting the front driveshaft, I think) it would be a pain in teh *** to change back. The point was emphatically made that it was completely impractical and mostly impossible to switch between the two drive layouts.

I'll eat crow if you produce pictures and proof, but I simply do not believe anything you have said so far.

YZF, there is definitely not a "kill switch" for the quattro...nor could one be created. that's the stupidest thing i've seen on this forum in a very long time....
