Default quattro snow driving?

I always here people Sh*t over snow with a quattro.. why? Maybe something is wrong with my car.. but when I make a turn the car slides out.. and when I hit the break it takes forever to stop and sounds like grinding.. I mean once i get to about 25mph its great i feel like i have more control and bends in the road aren't a problem i'm gettin kinda risky with them.. but from a stopped turn and breakin just blows.

you are driving it wrong.. if you are taking a turn in quattro and it starts to slide.. do not hit the breaks, hit the gas... the car will pull itself out of a slide

i agree, if you hit the gas it feels like you have more control of the car. Id suggest going in a parking lot and get to know your sweet quattro. I suggest stand-still donuts (spinnin in one spot) it is so fun.......

when in doubt, give it some gas!

coasting with quattro is pretty much braking with all 4 wheels

Snow tires also help a lot. I have the factory all season and they really do suck in snow. My back end slides out turning from a start as well but I enjoy that moment because I know my quattro will pull me through it.

I don't know about anybody else but my car didn't want to stop after wiping around in the snow for awhile.I'm thinking the brakes got packed with snow and ice.My brakes are great thought if I drive normal its gotta only happen when it freezing up outside.
