quattro snow driving?
I love the quattro in our cars....hate the weight distribution. WAY too front end heavy, makes'r plow pretty good if you don't have alot of traction coming into a turn. I don't think my traction control is working either...so that probably doesn't help.
Yeah the abs kicks in for awhile but than no abs and no stopping.I would have to go threw the gears to slow it down to stop.Mind you this was after blowing about a dozen donuts 30 fishtails and a couple dead stop snow rooster tails.So who knows what my car thought was happening, How should your car act after that?
my philosopy is you can go fast in the snow with quattro but when its time slow down you have to down shift, its the best way to slow down, the i doesnt matter what brakes or tires you have. i am always the fastest person on the road when its snowing, i think salt truck and plows take the fun away. another thing i love seeing people getting stuck at the red light...i just hit the gas and take off...I LOVE QUATTRO
