Hey guys, first post here, hopefully I'll be staying around.

I've come across a 1998 A4 1.8T for sale. It's within my price range, but it's got 165,000 miles on it. How long do these engines last? Should I pass it up for something with less wear and tear? I want an A4, just not sure if this is the one. Let me know what you think...

Well at least youve learned your lesson. Everyone's done it before..There is sooooo much info and most answers to any questions you have can be found by searching. Have fun.
