My abs light and brake light have been on ever since I got the car. I first took it in to get it scanned, and they told me that the abs computer was toast. Should I bother with cleaning the sensors on the wheels? or is it hopeless untill i get a new computer?

 

It can't hurt to try cleaning the sensors, its free and only takes a little time. Its worth a shot, but if the computer really is toast, then its not going to help at all.

My ABS/BRAKE PAD SENSOR WAS ON.


was right side sensor.

part was 150 & labor was 100
