ok please don't burn me on this. I just got in the Forge007 dv for my 1.8t, 2001, my question is that the DV came with 2 springs and 2 flat metal pieces what do I do with these?

depends on your level of psi. stick with whats inside for stock and change to yellow for a chipped car.

 

dude at first i had no idea what you were talking about, than i realized it unscrews. So I do plan on chipping it soon with GIAC, so your saying I should take the green spring out of the inside and put the yellow spring not the blue.

 

another question whats the 2 flat metal pieces for?

 

they are shims to add a little more stiffness without changing springs. if you have a little flutter it would work better than adding a higher rate spring.
