For the b5s who run mobil1 filters whats the model used. Thanks.

go to the mobil1 site, they have a filter finder.

how come you dont use the mann brand filter?

I haven't researched much about the german filters. I'm guessing they're pretty good but from what I've read so far I prefer the mobil1 or amsoil filter.

Mann is better then the oem, bosch. Any good auto parts store, not pep boys strauss, will carry the mann filters. Wix is also a very good brand. Never use fram for audis!!!

make sure u get the right mann filter....i picked up a mann filter W719/30 at my local parts store. the guy at the counter said this was the correct filter but it does not look like its oversized to me...
