Hey everyone, when im listening to my radio in my car and i park and turn the car off, the radio comes back on about 5 seconds later. i figured out today that when i turn off the radio before i turn the car off, it dosent come back on. any ideas? thanks! ~ Pete

btw, its the Bose system in an '01 A4.

the only thing i can think of is that maybe the power supply that runs from the ignition switch is shorting against the non-static power source coming straight from the battery. I would pop the h/u out and make sure all the wiring is in place and that there are no frays, shorts, etc.

 

Possibly it's just plugged in to a constant power. Might just need to be swapped. Doesn't to bad. You could punch it a few times. Might help.
