This will be my first time dealing with the rear brake system. I have been searching the forum and I saw that I will need a tool in order to change the rear pads.

yes they will. if u go to autozone, u can borrow them for a fee and when u return them u get ur money back

 

do what hiwrods says, that what i did and i had my $35 deposit back in 2 hours of renting the tool.
