Autozone's got a brake caliper kit that's a free rental, it's got all the plates for different type calipers.

Hey man...didn't you read my last post? The autozone here didn't have the brake kit that everyone says they have (and I tried every other shop in town) - or they wanted to rent it for $150. Anyway, it's on sale HERE if you can't find it.

When i did mine autozone had the cube but not the right size so what to do is get a "C" clamp and put it on so its pushing the piston back and take a pair of vise grips and screw it back in just make sure you dont clamp onto the dust seal. Alot of people do it this way if you dont have the tool, just keep tension on the piston so its easier to turn back in with the vise grips.

Man I tried and tried to do it with that stupid little cube. I even bought one, took it back b/c it didn't work and then bough another so I could try to fabricate it. I could get absolutely nothing to work and I had both of my calipers off. It sucked.

Ok I got the caliper tool kit.. Here is a pic... It is missing one of the plates, which I hope is not the one I need... Can anyone point out the plate that will work with the rear calipers?...........Any excuse to use my digital camera...
