2004 A4....

I broke my rear door speaker grille - fortunately the speaker is fine - but the grill is mashed in.

Does the grille just pop off? or is it part of a larger door panel assembly?

Anyone know where to order a replacement part?

Its available seperatly. It is plastic welded in place thou. You have to drill out the old grill. For that youll have to remove the door panel. Youll see where its melted in place in like four places. Those are the sports you have to drill out. The new one slides in and you use a heat gun to melt the new one in place. Not sure if a hairdryer is hot enough to perform that function but it might be.
