Anyone have any problems with their Rearview auto dimming mirrors not staying up so you can properly use them?

Mine is still secured on the glass fine but its so loose that it wont hold itself up at all???

Feeling around the backside there is a plastic round piece that is loose as well..can I just replace parts or do I have to buy the whole F'n thing?

HELP!
