Default relearning giac chip

Well, I just returned from my dealer after they performed the 40,000 warranty maintenance work. The invoice says they changed the vehicle to manufacturers specs. Now, it sure feels like my GIAC chip isn't woking at all. Is that possible and is there anything I can do? Will the ecu re-learn the chip's settings or will I have to take it to a shop for the ecu to be reflashed? Thanks all !!

Yeah thats definately not cool. You should go back there and bitch them out hardcore. Thats like you installing a miltek exhaust, and them taking it off and putting on a stock one.
