you need to get under that foam to get to the lower part of the hing

I just need to take the top off is it rally just 2 scres under nuat the lid?

whao okay let me fix that. I just need to remove the top piece. Is all that I have to do is just remove 2 screws from under the lid? Cuz if so Im kickin myself

or 3 screws or whatever cuz in the pic it look slike you just pinted to some screws

can you see any visible screws in that top cover because this must be removed to gain access to the leather so I doubt you will have to remove the complete console, that was just a copy of your picture with arrows that I put there to guide you

I know, I just went out to my car and saw about 4-5 little rubber stoppers that can be pulled out and I think there may be screws in there

you dont have to remove the center console to remove the top part of the arm rest. if you want to remove the WHOLE armrest, that's another story. On the back 'arms' of the armrest (where the stupid phone jack is) there shoud be a screw around there somewhre. Dissassemble those for a start. I had to take mine apart for the same reason but I dont remember it very well
