it's not hard. all u gota do is take off the caliper support bracket. my b5 had these 8mm allens on them and they were rly rusted. that's the only hard part. other wise is just 2 bolts, replaced parts and rebolt. makes sure u get brake cleaner and spray evrything down good

on mine, i had to get a tap and die set to clean some threads on a few bolts cause there was so much OEM locktite on there...
also make sure you have the proper piston tool, the rear rotors on a b6 must be turned while they are being pushed back in.... harbor freight sells it for $20 i think..

LOL, I was gonna post up for him to ask you how much of a pain in the *** this job is I'll get in touch with you soon - today was a bear and I had zero spare time to get to Auto Zone. I'll be in touch soon though bro
