Default resetting the ecu, would it slow down the car for a while??

for past month i had a CEL on from the test pipe. so i did the nonfoulers idea and then i had to take the batter wire out so the CEL would clear. when i did that my chip turned off and radio lock. so i unlocked the radio and put the chip back to from stock to 93 oct apr program. my car used to pull even when it was on 2K rpm but now i hardly feel the pull until 3500 rpm then it pulls like it used to. boost is running fine 19 psi that was the same before. my question is i know it takes some time for the car to get used to chip, after resetting do i have to wait another week or two like the first time or there is something wrong?

Default RE: resetting the ecu, would it slow down the car for a while??

A couple times mine took right about 40 miles to adjust.
Other times it needed little to no adjustment.
I'd give it a few miles, like 40, and see where its at.
